SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75, worldwide. Orders under $75 will incur a flat rate shipping fee at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days to most destinations worldwide.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, or courier delays outside of our control. TiNK Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking All orders come with a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. Use it to follow your order every step of the way.

Duties & Taxes TiNK Eyewear ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning any applicable customs duties and taxes are covered so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Please note that VAT may still apply depending on your location.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, TiNK Eyewear is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you're experiencing an issue with your delivery, please contact us at hello@tinkeyewear.com and we'll do our best to help.
