We want you to love your TiNK. But if it's not the one, we get it.
The 7-Day Try & Decide Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. No drama, no interrogation — just make sure they're in perfect condition.
To be eligible your frames must be:
- Unworn and in original, unused condition
- All tags and protective packaging intact
- Not purchased using a promotional or sale discount
How to return: Submit a return request directly through your order confirmation, or email us at hello@tinkeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm within 2–3 business days.
Shipping & duties: Return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days for it to appear.
Not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or with a promo code
- Worn, damaged or altered frames
- Items returned outside the 7-day window
