Can I return my TiNK sunnies?

Yes, but only if she hasn't been worn out yet.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Sunglasses must be in their original, unused condition
  • All tags and protective packaging must still be intact

We don’t accept returns on damaged, worn, or mishandled shades. She's delicate, handle with care.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. Chaos knows no borders.

We ship worldwide with no hidden fees. All international orders are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means import duties and taxes (excluding VAT sales tax) are already included in the price.

Estimated shipping time: 10–20 business days depending on your location. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs or courier handling - but don't stress babe. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

How do I access my collection playlist?

Every collection comes with its own custom soundtrack. Your alter ego has a beat.

  • In your order confirmation email
  • On your thank you card inside the package (QR code included)

What if TiNK sunnies don’t suit me?

We’re not for everyone — and we’re cool with that.

Our frames are designed to make a statement, not fit into the mainstream. That said, if you’re unsure, DM us on Instagram and we’ll help guide your alter ego to the right pair.

How do I care for my new sunnies?

  • Wipe lenses with a microfiber cloth only (one is included).
  • Don’t toss them in your bag without protection — they’re metal and glass, not plastic. Use the soft pouch provided with your order.
  • Keep them far away from your drunk friend’s purse.
