RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your TiNK. But if it's not the one, we get it.
The 7-Day Try & Decide Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. No drama, no interrogation — just make sure they're in perfect condition.
To be eligible your frames must be:
- Unworn and in original, unused condition
- All tags and protective packaging intact
- Not purchased using a promotional or sale discount
How to return: Submit a return request directly through your order confirmation, or email us at hello@tinkeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm within 2–3 business days.
Shipping & duties: Return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days for it to appear.
Not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or with a promo code
- Worn, damaged or altered frames
- Items returned outside the 7-day window
EU & EEA Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you're located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive — no reason needed.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@tinkeyewear.com with your order number. The same condition requirements apply: frames must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
This 14-day right is in addition to our standard 7-day return policy and applies regardless of whether items were purchased at full price or on sale.
